The official web of the Municipality of Malpica of the Bergantinhos region starts its activity, hoping to become a meeting point for all the people interested in our beautiful municipality.

This site has been designed in order to be used as information 'desk', be it by the municipality's own inhabitants, be it by people who would like to visit us and who need updated information about how to get here, where to go and what to do once they have settled themselves. And for the more nostalgic ones and the history lovers, we even add a picture album.

The information included in this site hopes to cover all the sociological, tourist and cultural aspects of our reality, whereas it also offers our image vis-à-vis the world. We at the town council hope that it may also bring the the institution and the citizen closer. For this purpose, we add a contact section with the intention to keep the visitor informed, and hoping, as well, that it may be used by the citizens of the very municipality as a suggestions and consultations box.

This site's design is based on the maritime reality of our town, as well as on the work of our cherished painter, Urbano Lugrís, to create the iconography .
